A little about myself. I am the former Mayor of Mascoutah, having lived in Mascoutah for 20 years, serving on City Council for 14 years, the last 4 as Mayor. I grew up in Effingham IL and subsequently relocated to Mascoutah in 2005 to assume the Postmaster position, which I fulfilled until 2012. I recently moved to Edwardsville to be closer to my kids and my 5 grandchildren. So, while I'm new to actually living in Edwardsville, I am not new to the town, having spent a considerable amount of time here visting my kids and the Grands, but also helping my Sons with their businesses, including Joe's Pizza & Pasta franchises and The Clubhouse Sports Lounge + Kitchen, so I am quite familiar with the area already. I truly enjoy volunteering, having spent the last 20 years volunteering with the Mascoutah Rotary Club, the Noon Lions Club and the Maascoutah Improvement Association. I look forward to doing the same in Edwardsville.
